Small in size, big in taste

Pandalus shrimp are known for their delicate, slightly sweet taste and tender texture. They are sustainably caught in the cold waters around Norway, Iceland, Canada, and Greenland, which ensures slow growth and thus extra refinement in taste and texture. Their natural pink color is striking. This is in contrast to many other species that only turn pink after cooking. Pandalus shrimp are cooked and flash-frozen directly on board to preserve maximum freshness.
