1 ripe avocado
2 tomatoes
half an apple
half a red onion
12 to 16 chive stems
100 grams crayfish
1 tablespoon low-fat quark
Lemon juice
Paprika powder
Black pepper

Description
- Cut the avocado, tomatoes, and apple into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion and chives.
- Place all chopped ingredients together with the crayfish in a mixing bowl. Add the low-fat quark and mix everything thoroughly.
- Add a splash of lemon juice, freshly ground pepper, and a pinch of paprika powder to taste. Mix again until you have a fresh, creamy tartare.
- Use a cooking ring to neatly plate the tartare. Press down lightly for stability.
- Garnish with extra pieces of apple and chives for a fresh and colorful presentation.
