Oven Dish with Tropical Shrimp, Vegetables and Mozzarella
Savory, creamy and surprisingly quick to prepare

This oven dish is a flavorful dish packed with vegetables, creamy mozzarella and juicy tropical shrimp. The soy sauce and ginger powder provide a subtle Asian twist. An easy and nutritious meal for weekdays.
Ingredients
(serves 3)
500 grams pasta of choice
200 grams tropical shrimp
1 package stir-fry vegetables (approximately 400 grams)
2 balls mozzarella
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Olive oil for frying
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste

Description
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and let drain briefly.
- Heat a splash of olive oil in the pan.
- Add the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Season with ginger powder and soy sauce.
- Lightly grease an oven dish.
- Distribute the cooked pasta over the bottom.
- Spoon the fried vegetables evenly over it.
- Slice the mozzarella and distribute over the dish.
- Place the tropical shrimp on top.
- Place the oven dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the shrimp are nicely cooked.
- Sprinkle the dish with finely chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
- Serve warm, optionally with a fresh salad on the side.
