Sandwich with Dutch Shrimp
This sandwich brings the taste of the coast directly to your plate.

Soft, fresh, and full of flavor. That characterizes this sandwich with Dutch shrimp. It combines the creaminess of mayonnaise with fresh dill, spring onion, and of course the delicious taste of Dutch shrimp. Ideal for lunch or as a light meal on a warm summer evening.
Ingredients
150 grams peeled North Sea shrimp
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 spring onion
30 grams fresh dill
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 grams lamb’s lettuce
2 hard or soft rolls
Pinch of salt and pepper

Description
- Cut open the soft rolls. Slice the spring onion into fine rings and coarsely chop the dill.
- In a bowl, mix the North Sea shrimp with the spring onion, dill, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the rolls open on two plates and spread the lamb’s lettuce over the bottom half. Spoon the shrimp salad on top.
- Garnish each sandwich with an extra spoonful of mayonnaise and a small sprig of fresh dill.
