Surf & Turf with Tropical Shrimp and Steak
The ultimate combination of land and sea

A festive dish that brings together the best of two worlds. Succulent steak and seasoned tropical shrimp. Perfect for a dinner with that extra touch of flair.
Ingredients
(serves 2)
3 tablespoons wok oil
half a teaspoon chili flakes
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
300 grams tropical shrimp
400 grams steak
Salt and pepper

Description
- Combine the wok oil with the chili flakes, garlic, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and let them marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Pat the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil or butter in a pan and sear the steaks over high heat to your desired doneness. After cooking, let the meat rest under aluminum foil.
- Heat a pan and cook the marinated shrimp for about 1 minute per side, or until they are nicely pink and lightly caramelized.
- Slice the steak and divide between two plates. Place the shrimp next to or on top. Serve with a fresh salad, fries, or grilled vegetables of your choice.
